• Giới thiệu bản thân:

This is X (tên bạn). I’m calling from….

Hi, this is X (tên bạn).

Good morning/ afternoon/ evening. This is X (tên bạn) speaking.

 

• Yêu cầu được chuyển máy cho ai đó:

May I please speak to X?.

Could I please speak to X?.

Is X in please?.

Would X be in by any chance?.

 

• Hỏi tên hoặc thông tin từ người gọi:

May I ask who’s calling please?.

Who’s speaking?.

Where are you calling from?.

Can I have your name please?.

 

• Nêu mục đích của cuộc gọi:

I’m calling from….

I’m calling to inform you that….

I’m calling with regards to….

• Chuyển máy cho ai đó hay yêu cầu người gọi giữ máy:
